The Honesty Cookery School is very excited to present Jennifer Williams producer of award winning ‘Naked Jam’. As well as running her artisan jam company Jennifer’s work has led her to collaborations with top chefs both in her capacity as forager and producer of conserves. She comes from a long line of conserve producers dating back to the 1800’s and brings a wealth of recipes, ideas and tips that have been handed down through the generations, as well as her own innovative ideas.
On this course Jennifer will take you on a journey of old recipes and traditional methods combined with the innovations added by each successive generation. By sharing her passion for foraging in the kitchen garden and surrounding grounds, she will show you how you too can cook conserves not just with a recipe but with your heart and imagination.
You will produce several conserves on the day which you will take home.
Maximum 8 people on a course. All abilities welcome.
