    Interesting use of jam and mincemeat and I agree Richard Bertinet’s book Pastry the best.
    Your jam looked very runny and not gelled. Is it a low sugar product ?

      This jam was made without Pectin and it is a jam that is made to be used for cooking with so is slightly lose to help with teh cooking a think jam wouldn’t work with this recipe. Thank you for your comments
