Marmalade Morning

£65 per person

Join former world-champion jam maker Jennifer Williams in her New Forest country kitchen for a morning making her award-winning marmalade. If you want to try something new, there will be a choice of the best citrus (not just oranges) to create your breakfast treat!

Course Itinerary

10.00 - Arrival and a short introduction from Jen. You will then get straight into the preparation and cooking of the fruit.

11.00 - Break for tea, coffee, and a homemade scone accompanied by Jen's delicious jam.  

1.00 approx - The course finishes and you will leave with 8/10 jars of lovely marmalade to gift (or enjoy yourself)
