Bright, intense, sharp rhubarb…succulent Seville orange…and the sweetness of the sugar: all combining wonderfully on your tongue to leave your taste buds spinning.
Eighty per cent of the rhubarb we use is picked from our own beds here at the Naked Jam kitchens in the New Forest.
This homegrown ‘extra’ (57% fruit) jam is a delicious spring pick-me-up to boost your morning sunshine levels. A soft-set jam that is equally wonderful on toast and scones.
Orange is chunked and pipped before being layered with sliced rhubarb and sugar and marinaded for 48 hours. Slow-cooked in copper pans in small batches, this is an artisan jam for the discerning.
Our trademark orange slice is cooked separately in jam before being carefully placed in the jar by hand, prior to the jar being filled.

- As a key ingredient of our Milford Sunset cocktail (champagne, orange juice, rhubarb and orange jam, shaken, sieved and served over ice).
